Please : DO NOT JUST USE YOUR GPS UNIT ! Enter the address as ‘Barambitty Rd, Dandry NSW’ intersection with ‘Newell Highway’.
For the tech-savvy, the intersection’s decimal coordinates are lat -31.0922 long 149.3834, the degree, mins, secs are lat 31 05 32S long 149 23 00E.
If your GPS unit sends you onto Dandry Rd in Coonababran, don’t follow. It will direct you over an endless maze of dirt roads. In this case, our old fashioned map is the better way to find us. Besides that Pilliga Pottery is well signposted on the Newell Highway ! It is an easy, beautiful drive of about 10 minutes off the Highway.
Attention : we are located on a well maintained dirt road, accessible for all 2 wheel drive vehicles, BUT as with all ( dirt ) roads, drive to suit conditions ( in wet weather it can be slippery ) , be alert for wild live and though it may appear you are the only road user … there are others who think so too !
